A signed contract and paid retainer officially reserve your date on our calendar. After booking, you’ll receive a personalized Cary Clayton Media 'Welcome Guide' with planning tips, timeline insight, and best practices to help you prepare confidently.

If your collection includes an engagement session, this will be our next milestone. Engagement sessions are designed to help you feel comfortable in front of the camera while allowing us to understand how you naturally interact together. These sessions are relaxed, guided, and ideal for save-the-dates, invitations, or wedding-day details.

As your wedding day approaches, we’ll connect to review your wedding day timeline, confirm key details, and discuss any updates. This step ensures alignment with your planner or coordinator, allowing us to anticipate the flow of your day, so coverage feels effortless and well-paced.

On your wedding day, our role is both directive and documentary. We provide guidance when needed, especially during portraits, while allowing genuine moments to unfold naturally. Our focus is on capturing emotion, connection, and atmosphere while keeping the day moving smoothly and on schedule.

After your wedding, your images are carefully culled and professionally edited to reflect the tone, emotion, and energy of your day. You can expect:

• Final edited gallery delivered within 4 to 8 weeks (unless rush delivery is added)

All images are delivered in high resolution and print-ready format.
